Job summary

SageSpring Wealth Partners, based in Franklin, TN, seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and client-focused people initiatives. The role supports the Head of People and Talent to deliver robust benefits, compensation, and analytics for our growth-driven wealth teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Extensive multi-state HR systems experience.
• Experience interfacing with shared operational functions (IT, facilities).
• Thorough knowledge of ADA, EEO, FMLA, FLSA.
• Servant-leader mindset with strong relationship-building.
• Confidentiality and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations, Policy & Compliance across multiple states.
• Centralized documentation and SOP updates.
• Vendor & Partner Management with external HR vendors.
• Benefits and compensation administration, including 401(k).
• Cross-functional leadership for HR services to advisors and teams.
• Evolve HR service model to support financial advisors and growth.
• Optimize third-party vendor agreements (e.g., Paycor).
