You will partner with store leadership on recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, training, benefits, and performance management. This role emphasizes People First and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of human resources or related experience.
• Experience in employee relations, onboarding, or associate engagement.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment policies, and compliance.
• Experience using HRIS, ATS, or other computer-based systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships with associates and leadership.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and support candidate experience.
• Onboard new hires and maintain accurate records.
• Support benefits administration and HR reporting.
• Partner with managers on employee relations and coaching.
• Ensure HR policies compliance and workplace safety.
• Provide confidential support to associates and leaders.
