Job summary

Rural King is seeking an HR Lead to support store-level HR operations and foster a positive associate experience. You will partner with store leadership on recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance, and engagement to uphold a People First culture.

As part of the HR team, you’ll coordinate onboarding, maintain records, assist with HR reporting, and handle employee relations while driving training and policy compliance across locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of human resources, recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, or other computer-based systems; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: review applications, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, support hiring events.
• Associate Support & HR Operations: onboard new hires, maintain records, assist with benefits and leave management, provide guidance.
• Employee Relations, Training & Compliance: partner with managers on employee relations, coaching, investigations, training programs; ensure policy compliance.
• Store Support: maintain confidentiality, communicate programs and updates, support leaders and partners; participate in cross-training.
