Qualifications

• At least 2 years of human resources experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various human resources functions and provide support to management and associates at their location.
• Oversee staffing, timekeeping, and recordkeeping of performance coaching and benefits administration.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, onboarding, training, and new hire orientation.
• Maintain associate records in the Human Capital Management system and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, addressing inquiries promptly.
