Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional Human Resources experience.
• Experience with employee relations, onboarding, personnel records, and HR administration.
• Working knowledge of federal and Virginia employment regulations.
• Strong confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR functions and support employees, managers, and leadership.
• Oversee onboarding and employment documentation.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance requirements.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and questions.
• Support leave administration and performance documentation.
• Coordinate with Payroll on status changes and reporting.
