Job summary

Frontier City’s Hurricane Harbor OKC is seeking a supervisor-level, part-time Human Resources Coordinator to support the Employee Service Office and help create a positive work experience for every team member. You’ll be the friendly, helpful point of contact, resolving questions and issues with care.

In this role you’ll use HR systems such as ICIMS, Equifax, and UKG to manage records, assist with attendance and scheduling, and help uphold grooming, safety, and guest-first standards while

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work up to 30+ hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about helping others.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Self-starter who manages time well and follows up consistently.
• Willingness to learn HR procedures and systems.
• Able to coach and engage with team members of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on HR support by resolving employee questions, concerns, and issues with care and professionalism.
• Utilize HR systems such as ICIMS, Equifax, and UKG to manage team member information accurately and efficiently.
• Be the first friendly voice when answering calls, offering courteous and prompt assistance.
• Track and counsel team members on attendance, punctuality, and company policies.
• Enforce Grooming, Guest First, and Safety Standards as a role model.
• Support Employment & Recruiting, Admin, and Wardrobe within HR as needed.
• Keep employee files up to date and organized through electronic filing.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming Employee Service Office environment.
• Take on other tasks as needed to help support the team and park operations.
