Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations in Seward and Saline County. This on-site role partners with the Operations Manager to manage employee records, screening, onboarding, and policy inquiries.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in administrative or HR support, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. Valid driver license required. No remote work; regular office hours in a fast-paced franchise setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR supported role.
• Possess a valid driver license.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR software or databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including managing files, preparing documents, and maintaining employee records.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Support recruitment by coordinating communications and onboarding materials.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR policies.
