Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in administrative, customer service, healthcare, HR, education, business, or related environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming, professional first point of contact for HR; answer phones, greet employees and visitors, direct questions to HR staff.
• Assist Employment Coordinators with recruiting and onboarding; post jobs, track applicants, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and help with pre-employment processes.
• Develop working knowledge of Paycom HRIS; enter and maintain employee information; assist with HR reports and data management.
• Utilize Excel to maintain trackers, reports, and HR data; support leadership with information for meetings and projects.
• Support employee engagement, onboarding activities, education, and HR events.
