Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR and/or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Business or Human Resources degree, preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• HR administration and data-entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and business partners
• Assist with employee onboarding, recruitment, employment documentation, and other HR activities
• Maintain positive working relationships with management and other departments
• Coordinate catering, supplies, and notifications for customer visits and meetings
• Assist with employee engagement activities across facilities
• Support HR policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and special projects
• Help develop employee FAQs, resources, communications, and self-service materials
• Assist with employee communications and live-streaming formats
• Assist with production labor-hour data entry
• Participate in employer branding and recruiting initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
