Job summary

Mainspring Recovery in Dumfries, VA is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to manage the full employee lifecycle on-site. You will handle onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and policy compliance while partnering with leadership to foster a strong HR framework and culture.

Responsibilities include leading new hire orientation, trainings, and DEI initiatives, ensuring timely, compliant HR operations and a positive employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain within 45 days.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site HR contact for managers and staff.
• Lead weekly new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Oversee onboarding lifecycle: background checks, I-9, credentials, and payroll setup.
• Support DEI initiatives and employee engagement programs.
