Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in high-volume, fast-paced settings.
• Experience with personnel management, food planning, purchasing, sanitation, and health codes.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Proven hospitality focus and ability to motivate teams.
• Strong leadership with coaching and excellence delivery.
• Solid financial understanding of business operations.
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
