Shake Shack in Texas is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach a dynamic team, and ensure exceptional hospitality. You will manage budgets, inventory, food safety, and service standards while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of GM experience in a high-volume environment, strong leadership, and financial acumen. This role offers growth opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative, guest‑centered culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with personnel management, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Strong leadership with a coaching focus to achieve excellence.
• Financial understanding of business operations including P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
