Job summary

Shake Shack in Massachusetts is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach teams, and ensure top hospitality and safety standards in a high-volume setting. You will manage inventory, control costs, drive sales, schedule staff, and promote the brand through community events, while upholding Shake Shack’s values and commitment to Stand For Something Good.

The role offers competitive pay between $65,187 and $83,866 per year, weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of Shack operations.
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations.
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
