Job summary

Shake Shack in Leander, TX is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach a high-energy team, and uphold hospitality and quality standards. You will manage inventory, scheduling, and guest experiences while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of Shack operations.
