You’ll own onboarding and ongoing training, manage daily analytics, and build a culture of care while achieving guest satisfaction, throughput, and financial goals through strategic leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21+ years old.
• Previous leadership experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume restaurant.
• Provide immediate and respectful response to guest needs.
• Assist in training of new hires and set the shift tone.
• Lead, coach, and develop trainers to build future team members.
• Open/close, lead shifts, and manage daily drawer balances.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed at all times.
• Monitor analytics to sustain operational excellence.
