Job summary

Chick-fil-A Fayetteville Towne Center, Starr’s Mill, and Senoia is seeking a General Manager to lead operations for high‑volume locations. You will oversee guest experiences, staff development, and financial performance while sustaining Chick-fil-A’s standards and culture.

You will recruit, coach, and manage a large team, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with the Operator and Executive Director to meet goals and build community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing a high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management (P&L), and labor optimization.
• Proven track record of leading large teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of managers and staff toward excellence.
• Oversee daily operations including food safety, service quality, and cleanliness.
• Champion guest service and handle feedback to improve experiences.
• Manage financial performance, sales targets, costs, and profitability.
• Engage with the local community and promote Chick‑fil‑A values.
