Job summary
Chick-fil-A Gainesville is seeking a General Manager who leads with heart and a commitment to service excellence. You will oversee daily operations in a high-volume restaurant, coach team members, and uphold our standards for quality, speed, hospitality, and safety.
As a leader, you will develop staff through coaching, revise workflows for peak times, and collaborate with the Operator to sustain growth. A passion for people and community shows in every guest interaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21+ years old.
- Previous leadership experience is an asset.
- Hard-working, team-oriented, and friendly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make emotional connections with guests.
- Strong commitment to superior customer service and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations in a high-volume restaurant.
- Provide immediate and respectful responses to guest needs.
- Train, coach, and develop team members and trainers.
- Open/close, lead shifts, count drawers, and ensure cash handling procedures.
- Maintain operational excellence through systems, processes, and standards.
- Drive guest satisfaction and engagement in all interactions.
