Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, helping customers during their journeys by inspecting and maintaining equipment and using U-Scan technology to manage rentals.

You will join a supportive team and participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University. The role offers on-the-job education, performance-based bonuses, and various benefits such as health insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
