Job summary

Citizens Bank in Boston is seeking a friendly, people-oriented Banking Associate who excels at building relationships and delivering trusted financial advice. You will help customers with checking, savings, home loans, credit cards, and digital banking solutions, while meeting sales goals and adhering to all policies.

You’ll engage customers in person and over the phone, guiding them through tailored financial plans and up‑selling where appropriate. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Experience with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to build and strengthen relationships with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Provide tailored recommendations and guide customers to digital banking tools (app and ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
