Citizens Bankers is seeking an outgoing associate who helps customers with financial decisions and solutions. You will guide spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs while explaining digital tools and mobile banking options.

You’ll work with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams to support complex financial goals. The role requires strong communication, problem solving and relationship-building abilities.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven success building relationships and referring products and services.
• Ability to use digital technology to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking options via app and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to address complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
