Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce management to ensure a customer-focused sales floor.
• Welcome customers and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Coach team to uphold service standards and omnichannel experience.
• Analyze store performance and drive KPIs with the team.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and development of staff.
• Assist Store Manager with merchandising and promotional execution.
• Manage loss prevention through strong customer service and controls.
