Qualifications

• Experience with sales-building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays; non-exempt management about 50 hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong, capable team.
• Ensure customers receive great food and a friendly experience.
