Border Foods in Wever, IA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach a diverse team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays; 50+ hours/week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Deliver great food and a friendly guest experience.
• Manage scheduling, labor, and cost controls.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
