Job summary

Panera Bread Mill Run is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a bakery-café team and partner with the General Manager on daily operations. You will coach, develop, and motivate staff while ensuring top-notch guest service and adherence to Panera standards.

You are expected to manage staffing, scheduling, and performance to meet quality standards and sales goals, while maintaining a healthy and safe workplace. This role offers growth toward GM positions.

Qualifications

• You have 1-2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• You’re at least 18 years of age.
• You can pass a background check.
• You have reliable transportation.
• You’re able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
