Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and team motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Coach and develop Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and grow capabilities.
• Lead operations by maintaining brand standards, removing roadblocks, and modeling hands-on leadership.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders/assets, and ensuring cash control and security protocols.
