Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead a strong team focused on delivering great food and a friendly guest experience. You will reinforce core values and drive an environment that prioritizes safety, customer satisfaction, and team development.

This non-exempt role requires flexibility in scheduling, a minimum of 50 hours weekly, and a commitment to growth within a family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations and build a strong team.
• Provide customers with great food and a friendly experience.
