Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. seeks a restaurant supervisor to lead Burger King teams in Orange, TX. You will develop leaders, deliver memorable guest experiences, and balance service with financial goals.

You will train new teammates, coach service behaviors, monitor speed of service, ensure cleanliness and food quality, and collaborate with the General Manager to improve guest metrics. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
