Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc, a Burger King franchise, seeks a motivated supervisor to lead daily operations at our Pleasanton, TX location. You will guide a fast-paced team, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and an ability to resolve issues per BK standards. Open all shifts; opportunities for advancement exist within the restaurant network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts and make decisions.
• Ability to work all shifts including open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders—put your people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable experiences and service customers so they want to return.
• Manage administration to balance employee/guest experience with financial goals.
• Welcome new team members and train them to perform their jobs.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members.
• Build the capability of shift supervisors for the next level.
• Acknowledge and celebrate team successes.
• Coach brand service behaviors and give feedback.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Keep the restaurant welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operation standards are met.
• Partner with the GM to improve guest metrics and outcomes.
• Review daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to optimize orders and costs.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor staffing and scheduling and onboard new team members.
• Address employee needs and conduct operational assessments.
