Job summary

Madison Energy Infrastructure is seeking a Specialist, People & Workplace Ops to support employee experience, talent processes, and executive operations across three offices.

This early-career role offers broad exposure to talent acquisition, onboarding, facilities, and administrative leadership, with responsibilities spanning culture programs, candidate experience, lifecycle processes, office management in Tysons Corner, and collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent judgment, discretion and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with Greenhouse and Lattice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute culture, recognition and engagement programs.
• Own candidate experience and scheduling during hiring.
• Drive lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, improving experience.
• Partner with People Ops on research, data analysis and compliance.
• Tackle special projects and drive ambiguous problems to completion.
• Manage Tysons Corner HQ office; coordinate with Richmond and Charlottesville.
• Oversee supplies, vendors, facilities, IT, building relationships.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and scale office ops.
• Support meeting logistics and coordinate Tysons Corner events.
• Provide day-to-day admin support to Tysons-based C-suite.
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion with leadership.
• Help expand how leadership uses this support over time.
