Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment (people operations, recruiting coordination, project coordination, executive support)
• Exceptional judgement, discretion, and attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
• Fluent in using AI and modern productivity tools to work smarter while applying sound judgment
• Intellectually curious, resourceful, and quick to learn in a growing company
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Build connection and community across MEI with culture, recognition and engagement programs
• Own candidate experience and support interview scheduling and applicant flow
• Drive onboarding through offboarding, making the experience seamless and scalable
• Partner with People Ops on data analysis, process improvements, and compliance
• Tackle special projects and ambiguous problems and drive them to completion
• Oversee office operations across Tysons Corner HQ and coordinate with Richmond/Charlottesville
• Manage facilities, vendor coordination, IT support, and office systems
• Support meeting logistics and coordinate Tysons office events
• Provide day-to-day executive support to Tysons-based leaders
