Job summary

Direct Agents in New York City seeks a Talent & People Experience Specialist who owns full-cycle talent acquisition and supports People & Culture as a flexible operator. You’ll balance pipeline-building with broader people ops tasks in a fast-growing environment.

You will source, screen, and shepherd candidates, manage ATS and postings, partner with hiring managers, and provide HR support while maintaining confidentiality and a positive, solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience within a digital marketing and/or tech environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage passive candidates, build pipelines, and evaluate applicants for skills, experience, and cultural add.
• Coordinate interviews and manage every candidate touchpoint end-to-end, delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and manage job postings across platforms for all stakeholders.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to stay aligned on evolving hiring needs and priorities.
• Track recruitment data, deliver updates on candidate and role status, and use insights to refine sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Provide best-in-class HR support to team members and assist the SVP of HR with company-wide HR initiatives.
