Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a program management professional to lead foundational PXT operations across the People Experience Team. You will optimize processes, establish rhythms, and create data-driven insights to guide leaders and executives.

You will partner across Finance, Legal, IT, Talent Acquisition, and People Analytics to align priorities, drive AI pilots, and ensure governance and privacy are maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in program management, operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles.
• Experience building foundational programs, processes, and operating mechanisms from the ground up.
• Experience leading process optimization and continuous improvement with measurable results.
• Rhythm of the business: planning cycles, goal setting, reviews, and inspections.
• Data analytics experience with advanced Excel/Sheets and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI/Workday.
• Ability to pull, clean, analyze, visualize data and tell executive-level stories.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational PXT programmatic infrastructure including charters, intake, roadmaps, governance, and SOPs.
• Own process optimization across PXT, map workflows, identify gaps, and design scalable processes.
• Establish and run the PXT rhythm of the business with planning, reviews, and exec memo writing.
• Design inspection mechanisms and track program health, audits, and action items.
• Own end-to-end PXT data and reporting across Workday and HR systems.
• Lead data storytelling with dashboards and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to measure service levels, case volumes, and trends.
• Drive end-to-end program management for strategic PXT initiatives from scope to launch.
