Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a seasoned program management and ops professional to lead foundational PXT programs across HR, finance, security, IT, and analytics. You will design governance, drive lean improvements, and establish rhythms of the business with strong data storytelling for senior leaders.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, Security, IT, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Analytics to align priorities, manage risks, and deliver outcomes. Relocation and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles.
• Experience building foundational programs, processes, and operating mechanisms from the ground up.
• Experience leading process optimization and continuous improvement efforts that delivered measurable results.
• Experience establishing a rhythm of the business, including planning cycles, goal setting, business reviews, and inspection mechanisms.
• Knowledge of and experience using data and analytics, including advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Workday reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to pull, clean, analyze, and visualize data, and define metrics that drive decisions.
• Skilled in data storytelling in verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational programmatic infrastructure for PXT, including charters, intake, roadmaps, governance, and SOPs.
• Own process optimization across PXT, map workflows, identify gaps, and design scalable processes using lean methods.
• Establish and run the PXT rhythm of the business with planning cycles, goals, reviews, and leadership meetings.
• Design and operate inspection mechanisms with metrics, audits, and action tracking.
• Own PXT data and reporting end to end across Workday, HR case management, and other systems.
• Pull and analyze workforce data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities.
• Lead data storytelling for PXT with dashboards and recommendations for executives.
