Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end people initiatives for the AWS Support People Experience Team (PXT). You will leverage data and AI capabilities to inform decisions and drive transformation across global teams.

The role requires strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech partners, and the ability to operate in ambiguity, delivering measurable impact through metrics and experiments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication abilities
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and end-to-end execution of strategic people initiatives across AWS Support PXT
• Experiment with AI tools to enhance people processes, improve efficiency, and deliver solutions
• Drive talent management and leadership development initiatives across the workforce
• Own and drive the PXT business rhythm including planning cycles and reviews
• Act as the central nervous system for the Support PXT team
• Identify obstacles, remove roadblocks, and prioritize improvements for impact
• Prepare written narratives to disseminate impact to senior leadership
• Develop processes across geographically distributed AWS Support teams
