Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a People Experience Advisor for the DSD network. You will serve as the main contact for People Services within branches, driving process standardization, data analytics, and stakeholder collaboration to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

Travel to branches and HQ is required. Responsibilities include leading governance for PS workstreams, enabling self-service through digital tools, and partnering with People Leads, Managers, and site teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations, Employee Relations, Time & Attendance Systems.
• Prior experience in manufacturing/warehouse/retail environments.
• Experience managing a variety of stakeholders—salaried and hourly.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for People Services at branches; manage escalations with People Leads.
• Standardize local PS processes; develop SOPs to reduce losses related to Leave, Payroll, Benefits, Attendance.
• Tailor PS capability needs for units; collaborate with local teams on capability development.
• Lead governance for PS workstreams; drive self-service via digital channels; provide stakeholder updates.
