Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a People Experience Advisor for our DSD operations. The role focuses on local execution of People Services at warehouse locations and serves as the main contact for People Leads, managers, and employees on PS processes.

You will support local project implementations, standardize processes, and drive self-service improvements using digital channels. Travel up to 20% across regions is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years in HR operations, Employee Relations, or Time & Attendance systems.
• Experience in manufacturing/warehouse or retail environments.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholders (salaried and hourly).
• Strong data analysis and HR reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for People Services Work Processes at branches; manage escalations with People Leads.
• Standardize local processes and SOPs to reduce losses related to Leave Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Absenteeism.
• Customize PS capability needs for each unit and partner with local teams across audiences.
• Lead project governance for PS workstreams; implement changes and drive self-service via digital channels.
• Develop governance on People Data and Analytics for PS workstreams; use data to reduce losses and inform leadership.
