Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a People Experience Advisor, DSD to oversee local People Services Operations at our warehouse locations. You will be the main contact for People Leads, Managers, Logistics Coordinators and Employees on PS processes and help implement local projects to improve People Experience.

The role requires 1–3 years in HR operations within a manufacturing environment, with strong data analysis skills, and a focus on standardizing processes and driving self-service via

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years HR operations, employee relations, time & attendance systems.
• Experience in manufacturing/warehouse/retail environments and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact for People Services at branches and manage escalations.
• Standardize processes and SOPs to reduce losses in Leave, Payroll, Benefits.
• Drive PS capability for all audiences and partner with local teams.
• Lead branch governance for PS workstreams and drive self-service via digital channels.
• Establish governance on People Data and Analytics; use data to drive improvements.
• Travel up to 20% to branches/HQ/DSD locations as needed.
• Support Pac Mountain, Mountain South and Great Lakes Regions on-site in CA or TX branches.
