Job Description
People Experience Advisor, DSD is responsible for local execution of People Services Operations at our Warehouse Locations. The PEA would be the key point of contact to People Leads, Managers, Logistics Coordinators and Employees on processes within the People Services scope and will support implementation of local projects or initiatives to improve overall People Experience.
The base salary range for this position is $69,300 to $87,603; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
