Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a People Experience Advisor, DSD to drive local execution of People Services operations at warehouse locations. You will act as the main contact for People Leads, managers, logistics coordinators and employees on processes within the People Services scope and support local projects to improve overall People Experience.

You will standardize local processes, drive SOPs to reduce losses in payroll, benefits and attendance, and tailor PS capabilities for each unit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, Employee Relations, Time & Attendance Systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse/retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local point of contact for People Services work processes at branches; manage escalations and collaboration with People Leads to resolve PS opportunities.
• Standardize local processes and establish SOPs to reduce losses related to Leave Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Absenteeism in coordination with site teams.
• Customize PS capabilities for each unit and partner with local teams to drive capability across all audiences—People Managers, Logistics Coordinators and core teams.
• Lead governance for PS workstreams: implement changes, plan interventions to drive self-service using mobile and kiosk platforms, provide stakeholder updates.
