Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in HR or related roles with basic HR knowledge.
• Familiar with onboarding, compliance and employee relations basics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Discretion with sensitive information and data security.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRIS systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build stakeholder relationships with assigned business units.
• Understand business unit strategy and talent implications.
• Provide coaching to managers on performance, feedback and development.
• Assist with employee relations, scheduling, and documentation.
• Support workforce planning, org structure and succession planning.
• Answer questions on company policies and procedures.
• Assist in talent programs like assessments and compensation reviews.
• Lead smaller projects from concept to execution.
• Prepare basic HR reports and documentation.
• Develop and distribute internal HR communications.
• Attend team training and development opportunities.
