Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate an optimal pre-boarding process.
• Generate offer letters and employment contracts; ensure documents filed per local laws.
• Initiate and adjudicate background investigations.
• Conduct global employment eligibility verifications and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Respond to candidate and employee inquiries while meeting procedures.
• Deliver high quality HR services and meet SLAs.
• Adhere to SOPs and process maps.
• Create knowledge articles as needed.
• Assist with Benefits Administration reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of employee life cycle processes.
