Job summary

Long View in Denver is seeking a People Services Advisor to provide daily HR support for the Integrated Global Services branch, supporting Canada and the US. You’ll advise leadership on employee relations, manage onboarding, and help implement programs that improve the employee experience.

The role requires 5+ years of progressive HR experience, strong knowledge of Canadian employment law, and excellent communication with high emotional intelligence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with employee relations expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law and working knowledge of U.S. employment law.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Experience partnering with leaders on employee relations and performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily HR support to the Integrated Global Services branch.
• Advise leadership on employee relations and performance management.
• Collaborate with People Services to improve the employee experience.
• Administer HR policies, procedures, programs and disability management.
• Manage onboarding of new hires and assist with HRIS and benefits.
• Support HR trending and analysis and visa/immigration matters when needed.
