Long View in Denver seeks an upbeat People Services Advisor for the Integrated Global Services branch. You will provide daily HR support to the Canada and US teams, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.

You will collaborate with the People Services team on programs to improve employee experience, administer HR policies, and assist with onboarding, HRIS, and immigration matters in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation (AB, BC, ON) and working knowledge of U.S. employment law.
• Ability to handle sensitive workplace situations with balance of business needs and employee experience.
• Education in human resources or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily HR support for the Integrated Global Services branch in Denver.
• Advise leadership on employee relations and performance management.
• Collaborate with People Services team to implement programs improving employee experience.
• Administer HR policies, programs and disability management.
• Manage onboarding of new hires and HR data in HRIS.
• Support visa and immigration matters as needed.
