Job summary

The Honey Pot Company is seeking a People Operations & Employee Experience Lead to own and optimize the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. You’ll manage benefits, payroll support, compliance, and HR systems while driving engagement and culture initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this role partners with Talent Strategy to translate priorities into scalable processes, ensuring confidentiality and strong cross-functional collaboration across the growing consumer brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Operations, HR, or related field.
• Hands-on experience administering HRIS platforms and employee records.
• Knowledge of benefits, payroll coordination, and leave administration.
• Experience building onboarding, offboarding, and engagement programs.
• Strong communication, project management, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize employee lifecycle processes from offer to offboarding.
• Manage policies, records, benefits, payroll questions, and compliance.
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, and 30/60/90-day employee experiences.
• Develop and manage employee engagement, culture programs, and events.
