Job summary

Favor is seeking a People Operations Specialist to manage the employee lifecycle, support onboarding, benefits administration, and maintain HR data systems. The role collaborates with H-E-B and requires a high level of confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include benefits end-to-end administration, onboarding/offboarding workflows, HRIS management (Workday, Lattice), and payroll coordination with H-E-B. Hybrid work model with HQ in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in benefits, data analysis, payroll, and HR systems.
• Foundational understanding of employment law (FMLA, FLSA, EEOC).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits programs including open enrollment, leaves, 401(k), and stock plan administration.
• Onboard and offboard employees, ensure compliance and data accuracy in HR systems.
