Job summary

JLL is seeking a Community and Onboarding Experience Manager to bridge Day 1 onboarding with ongoing workplace hospitality. You will coordinate pre-hire onboarding, Day 1 orientation, and daily activations to ensure every employee feels welcomed, connected, and set up for success across onsite and remote interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in employee onboarding, community management, hospitality, HR operations, or a customer-facing workplace role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with employees, managers, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Proactive, independent worker who can own tasks from inception to resolution.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities, logistics, and welcome swag across time zones.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and serve as main point of contact for new hires.
• Act as onsite hospitality anchor and coordinate community programming and events.
• Update onboarding materials and maintain brand-consistent communications.
• Manage budgets for supplies, amenities, and small programming; track inventories.
