Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Organizational Development/ Education/ Business Administration/ Public Administration/ Psychology/ Communications or related field.
• Five years of progressive professional experience in PD, training, onboarding, engagement, organizational development, or HR.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee learning and development initiatives across the district to support institutional effectiveness and student success.
• Oversee district-wide professional development, recruitment and onboarding programs, and training compliance systems.
• Supervise assigned staff and foster leadership development, engagement, and lifelong learning.
