Abby Care by Wellspring Care Inc. in San Francisco, CA is seeking a People Experience & Engagement Manager to redesign high-impact people programs for our corporate and clinical workforce. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on onboarding, engagement, and performance processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, Employee Experience or Learning & Development in scaling environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including experience working with high-level management teams or executives.
• High proficiency and curiosity to explore new technologies and platforms to scale people programs.
• Experience with people- and communication-centric tools, including Lattice, Workday, Google Suite, Slack and Notion.
• Proven track record of end-to-end problem-solving; from initial idea to strategic initiative to full implementation.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Deep empathy and emotional intelligence, with a genuine passion for helping underserved communities.
• Must reside or be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Experience in the healthcare industry and managing programs for offshore teams is preferred but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build onboarding operating system for corporate and clinical staff across 8 states, ensuring Day 1 readiness.
• Design and roll out engagement initiatives to measure sentiment and inform programs.
• Plan and execute mid-year and end-of-year performance review cycles with calibration.
• Lead communications planning to reinforce rhythms and traditions across a hybrid organization.
