Qualifications
- 10+ years in Strategy & Operations or similar cross-functional roles.
- Experience owning operational initiatives end to end.
- Proven ability to design scalable workflows and automation.
- Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and owning outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead platform operations design and roadmapping across onboarding, support, and care delivery.
- Translate real-world workflows into scalable processes, tooling requirements, and automation opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Leadership to operationalize new markets and service lines.
- Establish governance, pilots, and success metrics for initiatives.
