Job summary
Abby Care is building the leading AI-native platform for family-led care in America, seeking a People Experience & Engagement Manager to redesign high-impact people programs and communications. This full-time hybrid role sits in San Francisco, reporting to the People Business Partner, and focuses on onboarding, engagement and performance cycles across corporate and clinical teams.
You’ll drive data-informed decisions, collaborate with team leaders, and shape programs that improve retention,
Qualifications
- 5+ years in People Operations or Employee Experience
- Experience scaling programs in fast-paced startups
- Experience with onboarding, engagement and performance cycles
- Strong communication and collaboration with executives
- Must reside in the SF Bay Area or relocate
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
Responsibilities
- Build onboarding OS for corporate and clinical workforce across 8 states
- Design engagement initiatives measuring sentiment
- Execute mid-year and end-of-year performance cycles
- Rethink communications rhythms to drive cohesion across a hybrid organization
